Are you looking for a high-protein, low-sugar energy boost? Try making your own delicious Rocky Road. Packed with protein and fruity nutty goodness, they’re a chunky, chewy feast for all gym lovers near and far.

What Does It Involve?
Serving size: Makes 1 bar at a time
Baking time: Just a few minutes on the hob
Prep time: 5 minutes
Effort: Nothing to it

What Cranberry Product Do I Need? -  Mixed Berries & Nuts


What Ingredients Do I Need?
1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate flavoured protein powder (Whatever you prefer)
2 tbsp VitaFiber syrup
Handful of mixed berries and nuts
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp mini marshmallows
50g Mixed Berries & Nuts

What Do I Need To Do?
Simply heat up your IMO/VitaFiber in a saucepan until bubbles start to form. Then remove it from the heat, add all the other ingredients and mix it into sticky dough. Finally, press the dough onto a tray and stick it in the fridge for an hour so it sets. And get chomping! (Easy as that.)
