What Ingredients Do I Need?
1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate flavoured protein powder (Whatever you prefer)
2 tbsp VitaFiber syrup
Handful of mixed berries and nuts
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp mini marshmallows
50g Mixed Berries & Nuts
What Do I Need To Do?
Simply heat up your IMO/VitaFiber in a saucepan until bubbles start to form. Then remove it from the heat, add all the other ingredients and mix it into sticky dough. Finally, press the dough onto a tray and stick it in the fridge for an hour so it sets. And get chomping! (Easy as that.)
